- Delivery timelines:
- Domestic Orders: 3 to 7 business days after shipping.
- International Orders: 10 to 14 business days, subject to customs clearance.
2. Order Confirmation & Cancellation
- Orders are confirmed via email upon successful placement.
- The right to cancel any order due to unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues is reserved.
- Cancellation requests must be made promptly. Orders already in production may not be canceled.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in INR and are subject to change without notice.
- Secure payment methods include credit/debit cards and online payment options.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt if the item is unworn and in its original packaging.
- Custom and personalized jewellery (engraved, altered, or made-to-order) is non-returnable unless defective.
- Customers must request return authorization before sending items back.
5. Repair Services
- Manufacturing defects (e.g., loose stones, broken clasps) are repaired free of charge.
- Repairs due to wear and tear or accidental damage may incur charges, with an estimate provided beforehand.
- Only jewellery purchased from this store is eligible for repairs. Items altered by third-party jewellers will not be accepted.
